The engineer, Dwayne, had all sorts of trouble with the upgrade due to the signal here (we’re down a very leafy country lane) being awful. He’s been absolutely lovely – had to clamber through a small cupboard in our loft space to sort the aerial, the cupboard being crammed with stuff (as cupboards generally are), which he cleared away back into the cupboard after him.
