For a security system to be absolutely reliable there can be no blind spots or loopholes. We don’t believe that can be achieved from off-the-peg solutions. Instead, we begin with a FREE site survey by a home security expert, who will then design a system specifically for your needs and budget.

We offer a full site survey free of charge to best understand your requirements.
The quote
We provide a quotation based on our visit, designed to suit your budget and security needs.
Install date
We will typically arrange a date within 2 weeks of our quotation being accepted.
Installation
Once arrange, the installation will typically fall inside one day for domestic wireless systems.

Customer Service
The quality of our service is as much about your experience as a customer as it is about the products we install. When you call Spy Alarms, there are no call centres. If you call during office hours, you will be put through to someone who is qualified to understand your needs. One of our surveyors will then visit your property to gather information before designing a bespoke system to fulfil your requirements.
Out of hours you can submit your enquiry via the contact form below, where you will also find the number for emergency call-outs. Last year, we were told by one new customer that we were the only security company who answered their phone between Christmas and New Year.
When one of our employees is in your home, you can be sure that they are completely trustworthy. Our personnel undergo a thorough DBS and police check that goes back five years. We also follow up three character references for each individual.
SERVICE EXCELLENCE
After-sales and care
All our security systems come with a one-year warranty and a maintenance package that offers one or two services per year. This is a key part of the Spy Alarms approach. Not only does our maintenance service ensure that your burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, door entry, access control and any other systems are kept in perfect working order, it also saves costly emergency call-outs and false alarms.
