This homeowner booked Spy Alarms to install an intruder alarm at his home in Orpington, Kent. After the work was finished we received a note from the customer saying the following about his experience:

We don’t just install hi-tech security systems, we take the time to make sure our customers know how to use them. One of our engineers, Clive, was sent to install a wireless intruder alarm at a new-build in West Sussex and train the new owner in the full functionality of the alarm system.
After the work was completed, we received this note from the customer:

Our system maintenance engineers don’t just ensure that home security systems are kept in perfect working order, they will also keep you informed of technological developments that could give you a better product and service. They like to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction too, as this customer found to her delight when our engineer Dwayne came to carry out her annual service and system upgrade. Her testimonial tells the story:
“The engineer, Dwayne, had all sorts of trouble with the upgrade due to the signal here (we’re down a very leafy country lane) being awful. He’s been absolutely lovely – had to clamber through a small cupboard in our loft space to sort the aerial, the cupboard being crammed with stuff (as cupboards generally are), which he cleared away back into the cupboard after him. I’ve been very pleased with the service he’s provided this morning.”

We love installing state-of-the-art security equipment and showing our customers the many life-enhancing features of these systems. When our installation engineer James went to fit wireless CCTV in a home in Westerham, Kent, he spent time with the customers showing them how to control the system from their smart devices.
