Can I use Guard Response with my existing Spy Alarms system?
Guard Response is available already for many of our customers. When enquiring to activate, we'll check your alarm is eligible for the system and help you get setup. If we need to upgrade your system before activating Guard Response, we'll walk you through your options, costs and availability.
How does Guard Response improve my overall security?
Guard Response provides a fast, professional response when your alarm is triggered, offering not just monitoring, but a physical presence on your doorstep. It's a perfect solution for customers who are often travelling, away from home, or want the peace of mind their will be a real-time response to their alarm activation.
What areas are covered by Guard Response?
Guard Response is available across the South East and Nationwide, with a network of local, SIA accredited security guards ready to response quickly to your location. Before we activate your system, we'll check availability in your area to ensure we can offer the very best service.
Can the guard access my home?
No. Guards do not enter your property unless explicitly authorised by you in advance. Their role is to perform an external inspection of entry points and report on visible signs of activity at your property. Their job is to be a physical extension to our alarm receiving centre.
Is my personal data secure when using Guard Response?
Yes. All data shared via your Spy Alarms app, including your location, contact details, and alarm activity is encrypted and handled in accordance with GPDR and UK data protection laws.
Are guard visits recorded and tracked?
Yes. Each guard visit is logged with a timestamped report, including location, duration and photos of observations. This data is securely logged and only accessible to authorised personnel and the account owner.
