Customer Service Advisor
Based in Orpington
£24,600 – £26,000 per annum + bonus related pay
Job Purpose
We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor. The role provides phone and also email support and advice to customers as well as booking engineer visits and ensuring that customers receive a high level of service. Part of the role will also involve handling and resolving any customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – you are the main point of contact for customers requiring services to their security equipment. You will handle a high level of incoming calls relating to queries and requests as well as handling any complaints.
- You will also make outbound calls to customers in response to emails and to book engineer visits.
- Responding to emails, providing costings and quotes to customers.
- Ordering parts for jobs, providing information on new contracts or parts.
- Providing basic re-sets of systems over the phone and triaging technical faults.
- Processing orders and invoicing.
- Updating systems regarding queries and outcomes.
- Efficiently multi-tasking work to achieve best outcomes and customer satisfaction.
About you
We are looking for a highly customer focused candidate who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should have a confident phone manner and be happy to both receive and make calls to customers, whilst multi-tasking – handling emails and bookings. You should be able to demonstrate a good work record and experience in a retail or office customer service / call centre environment involving a high number of customer interactions. You should also have good admin/PC skills and attention to detail. You are likely to live in or within short commuting distance of Orpington.
