Retirement of Andy Parker and sale of So Secure of Edenbridge to Spy Alarms

Andy Parker, the owner of So Secure, has decided to pursue a new career as a fitness instructor. As a result Spy Alarms is taking over the maintenance of Andy`s customer base.

Andy used to work for Spy Alarms, so he knows us well and we know the quality of his work.  We have no reservations in taking on his business as a result.

 Background on Spy

We are a privately owned business based in Orpington, Kent and we have been operating in this area for 30 years.  We are NSI Gold which is the highest level industry accreditation and we work strictly to NSI standards.  These standards include having all our staff vetted by the Police before they join.

We take your security seriously. We now have the chance to prove to you that we can provide a high level of responsive service, as Andy did, but with greater resources.

From home burglar alarm systems to CCTV we supply, install and maintain it all.

Going Forward

Andy will be around for the initial handover period to ensure that all goes smoothly but the telephone lines will now route directly to our office.  We are ready and waiting to answer any questions you might have.

We hope disruption will be minimal.  In future So Secure customers will receive service reminders from us instead of So Secure and annual invoices the same.

Prices

Your annual maintenance charges will remain the same but sadly as a larger business we have to charge VAT, which we hand over to HMRC.
