HOW DOES IT WORK?
24/7 Alarm Monitoring with Spy Alarms
We work with leading alarm receiving centres where trained professionals will monitor your alarm systems and CCTV 24-hours a day.
We can set up your home CCTV system to send pictures to our UK based central monitoring station, where our operators can professionally monitor your property while you’re away and respond to anything suspicious by analysing the situation and deciding on the best course of action.
If you have a system with audio facilities, the operator can deliver a warning to deter a potential intruder. They will contact you or your nominated key holder to alert you of the situation and, if you have monitoring with police or fire service response, they can contact the relevant emergency service.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Home Alarm Monitoring with Police and Fire Brigade response
If you want the added peace of mind of knowing that the emergency services will be alerted when your alarm goes off, we can install a Redcare or Dualcom unit, both of which can trigger a response from the Police or Fire Service.
With a basic monitoring service, a text will be sent to you notifying you that your alarm has been triggered so you can take the necessary action. With Police and Fire Brigade monitoring, an operator at the central monitoring station will call the relevant service on your behalf.
If your burglar alarm is triggered, an operator will call you or one of your nominated key holders. If a second device is then activated, the operator will call the police, who will meet you or your key holder at the property, check whether there are any intruders still on the premises and inform you of the best course of action. Waiting for the ‘second activation’ helps to reduce false alarms.
If your fire alarm goes off the Fire Brigade will be alerted immediately.
