Spy Alarms have been maintaining the security for Charlton Athletic Football Club in South London for several years.
So it was a great pleasure to sponsor the recent match against Wolverhampton Wanderers on 16th September.
Members of the Spy Alarms office and engineering team were delighted to join nearly 16,000 fans at the game itself.
We got to meet the match officials out on the pitch as the crowd arrived, as well as getting a chance to sit in the dug out.
A Game Of Two Halves!
After 25 minutes, Charlton went ahead with Man of the Match, Andre Bikey-Amougou, scoring from a volley.
It was great fun to see our name and logo flash up on the screen to announce the goal.
As the game continued, striker George Țucudean came close to making the score an impressive 2-0 but, unfortunately, shot wide. But the hosts were happy to go into the break on top.
After half-time, the Wolves came back into the game when a header from defender Danny Batth levelled the score at 65 minutes.
And that's how it finished - a 1-1 draw. It was, as they say, a game of two halves!
