Maintenance visits identify these issues before your system fails when you need it most or wakes you up at 4am on a Sunday morning! System maintenance is recommended by the UK security industry’s independent, Non-Profit making regulatory body, the National Security Inspectorate (NSI).
Maintenance visits cost less than emergency call outs and, in the event you still have to have one, an emergency call out to a contracted maintenance customer is heavily discounted.

Monitoring with Police Response
If you want your system to have Police response, it must be maintained by a company with a police recommended accreditation – such as our NSI Gold accreditation. This is because it proves the installation has been fitted by a professional – which ultimately reduces false alarm rates.
